How does coaching work?

The coaching I do is quite flexible. I charge $495.00 for four hours of coaching—mostly in person, but this could used by Skype, phone, email, or texting—and you can use that in whatever blocks of time we choose and as dictated by circumstances. So that might be 30 minutes two times per week for a month, or the time might be used in larger or more irregular ways—especially in the beginning. I don't usually specify a rigid schedule, because things simply come up that require attention in non-scheduled ways. In short, you can use the four hours in any way you choose—even over months. Minimum is 30 mins for a set appointment time. All phone, email and texting is billable time.
How much does personal coaching cost?
$495.00 is the entry level package that I offer which includes 4 collective hours of coaching. This will include any face to face, Skype or phone visits. Additional hours will be paid in 2 hour increments at the rate of $125 per hour.
All coaching (beyond the initial consultation) must be paid in advance. This can be paid in person using cash, credit, debit, or pay pal and may be paid on this site using credit, debit, or pay pal.

What is an intervention? How much does it cost?
An intervention is 2, 3, or 4 full days of private, intensive, highly focused coaching, growth, healing, and soul searching. It is for individuals, couples, or families. It requires the participants to make a distraction-free commitment to the intervention on those days. The coaching will be a mix of one-on-one sessions and couple or group sessions. It is held at a hotel where the participants will stay the night, and intentionally take them out of their normal day to day routine. They can then focus on the relationship without any distractions, and can relax and enjoy down time when they are not being coached.
The cost is $1,250 per day and includes one hotel room. Participants are on their own for meals. 2 hours of follow-up coaching is included as well. Additional hours are available in 2 hour increments at the rate of $125 per hour.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be lost. No refunds once paid. Coaching takes courage and faith. Really facing what lives inside of us is sometimes hard. There are people who find out that once coaching is started that they are not ready to face their fears. If you stop coaching, all fees are lost.
