Coaching with Sharon has been life changing for me. I was dealing with chronic illness when I began seeing Sharon. She told me very directly but very lovingly that what I was focusing on was "killing me" and helped guide me to safe ground and more loving thoughts and thus behaviors. Within a few weeks my health radically improved as well as my ability to participate in normal daily activities. My relationship with my husband improved dramatically also, because I was no longer hitting him with a metaphorical 'baseball bat' caused by clinging behaviors due to the fears around my illness. He now feels more loved, as I no longer rely solely on him for feeling unconditionally loved--I am able to reach out to people who are actively practicing Real Love also.
With my health and outlook improved I am able to see the future more clearly, which Sharon helped me see during another insightful session. I am working on more of my life's passions, knowing when I am in behaviors that are non loving--I can neither receive nor give love when I'm in that place of acting out--I have the tools Sharon has taught me (calling real love friends, including her) to move to a place of feeling unconditionally loved and supported to move ahead in my life. When I started Real Love Sharon was so patient with all of the questions I had and at the same time, firm with me to 'make my calls!' Sharon’s combination of unconditional love and fearlessness to tell me the truth helped me tremendously. It is amazing how much a person can learn and grow when they feel accepted. Like no one I’ve ever worked with, Sharon has been able to hold up a mirror for me so I can really see myself. Her ability to lovingly tell me exactly what I need to hear in a way that feels safe and loving has allowed me to shift my life in ways that years of therapy didn’t provide. I tell my leadership staff, if you can teach people without judgment, tell them what they need to know in a way so nonthreatening that they can truly hear you, you will empower them completely to make the changes that will lead to their happiness.

Sharon Winningham rocks as a Real Love coach, Real Love group host and a teacher. She is amazing!!!! She has changed my life. She has saved my life. I love you Sharon.
I had the opportunity to have several coaching sessions with her to include sessions with my husband and with my entire family. I have two children age 10 and 12. I have also been to several Real Love groups were she was the host. I also took her Real Love Wise Wan/Woman course.
I have been looking for something for a very long time. I new something was missing from my life but I did not know what it was. I had suffered from depression, to thoughts of suicide, extreme anger and abusive behavior with my family. I started attending Real Love Groups. But still was not getting it. I decided I needed more help so I started Coaching Sessions with Sharon. First off I just want to say you get way more than what you pay for. It is priceless. She was able to really see me and help me heal. Depression gone, suicide tendencies gone, extreme anger gone, abusive behavior gone. It has been replaced with joy. I have never been this happy before. The best part is that it sticks. She has showed me and help me find Real Love and what I need to do to keep it in my life. Me and my husband actually listen to each other. Enjoy each other. We truly love each other. My kids are happier. They want to spend time with me they look for me. They are so much happier. Just watching them open up at the first session with Sharon was amazing. They had so much to say about how they feel because they felt her love. It has helped my family.
The Real Love Wise man course was excellent. It was not just all her talking. She really included the group. We learned about each other and our experiences and how we can be wise in real life situations. We covered the entire book. It has really helped me on my Real Love journey. I can show up wise for people a lot more after this class. The best part is the more you show up wise the more you feel loved which leads to your happiness. I would definitely take this class again. The more you do it the more you learn. Great class. I hope she teaches the other books. She is a good teacher. She is interesting and keeps you involved. Not boring at all. Sharon Winningham is my Real Love Coach. I have 30+ years of trial work experience, with much of it in the domestic relations field. In many of these case, we utilize witnesses who are interpersonal relationship counselors/coaches, including marriage counselors/ coaches such as: ministers, psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, mediators, arbitrators and other less trained individuals. Sharon has better coaching skills than anyone I have encountered. She is top of the line. She gets to the heart of the issues and brings you to your truth, so you can see, accept, and love.
Each session I have with her catapults me beyond my expectations on my love journey. After my first session, I was moving from the bottom of loss to contentment in a matter of days, then after my second session, I leaped forward to happiness and have basically stayed there. Sharon Winningham has an uncanny ability to help even the most stubborn clients move light years ahead in improving every aspect of their lives. Her approach is radical yet simple: She cuts through the BS and gets to what matters quickly.
During one of my first calls with Sharon she lovingly helped to pull me "out of the water" by telling me just what I needed to hear in just the right way and at just the perfect time. She said "Every time you isolate yourself it is like you are taking a bat and swinging it at your happiness."
I think about this over and over again and since that first conversation I have learned to, as Sharon puts it "exercise control over my getting and protecting behaviors." I no longer isolate myself.
Sharon is a "where the rubber hits the road" kind of coach. She guides her clients in taking daily concrete steps to becoming happier, more alive, and more loving .

I had an amazing experience coaching with Sharon. Her dedication to the teaching of the Real Love priniciples really made my foundation even stronger. I couldn't believe how much I needed to learn even after practicing Real Love for 3 years! Sharon's approach is unique and delivers the material in a way that I've never seen before. I am eternally grateful for Sharon having discovered real love for herself and deciding to become a coach. Having worked with her has TRULY changed my life. I have done sooooo much work with MULTIPLE counselors and ultimately NONE of it ever did a thing for me besides teaching me how to better my already perfected victim skills. Then along came Sharon.
By the 3 week mark of working with Sharon, I had had the BIGGEST, most amazing shifts and changes happen in my life that I had NEVER experienced prior. I was able to see myself and how empty I was and how certain relationships in my life were not a healthy choice for me. I actually was able to step away from an EXTREMELY unhealthy relationship from a person that I felt a TON of fear around. I didn't even realize how frightened I was; let alone how much power I had given them over me. I was able to see that person clearly; that they were drowning and had likely never felt love let alone even knew how to love. With this new way of seeing and the amazing amount of support and love from both Sharon and multiple people in the real love community that I spoke to, I was able to make a HEALTHY choice for me and step away from a relationship because that's what was BEST FOR ME and I WANTED TO.
If I had done anything like this prior to being coached, it would have turned into a HUGE attacking victim war and I am sure that I would still be interacting with that person due to all my fear, seeking of approval and overall victim behavior. I was able to have a brief conversation, not get angry or upset or blaming with the person (regardless of their attacking behavior) and feel truly ok with my decision. I felt a freedom that was amazing in size. It was probably the first time I have ever actually done something where I felt genuinely empowered. To have done it with no anger still amazes me because I have been an attacker my whole life. That was my first true realization that NO ONE has power over me unless I GIVE it to them. WOW! Thanks for helping me see that Sharon.
I look forward to continue using my new skills and talking with my new real love family. What a true blessing they all are and what an AMAZING coach Sharon is. I have struggled to find people in my life that I feel inspired by but Sharon is one of them. Her capacity to love is extraordinary. From my first interactions with her I really felt that Sharon cared about me. The amount of time she gave me without me paying a penny initially meant that I really felt that it was freely offered. I was in a dark place and Sharon really helped me through it. She is amazing the way she responds to emails, calls and texts. Not only that but not long after I had met Sharon she opened her home to me as I came to stay in Arizona to experience real love groups for the first time. Sharon is very loving but she also doesn’t let you stay where you’re at. Don’t coach with her if you want to stay in the same place! Sharon’s honesty is refreshing and I admire her fearlessness in telling the truth. At times its been hard to take but I am grateful for it even when I have found it challenging. In January 2009, I met Sharon Winningham. Before meeting her, I had made a complete mess out of my life and believed that it was muddled pass the point of repair. I began coaching with her several months later. Sharon had the capacity to see my brilliance, the bright light inside of me that I was blind to. Every session with Sharon pulled me closer and closer to seeing the light and love that already existed inside of my being. One day, I finally found my own strength and beauty. At the time I believed I would no longer need coaching from Sharon. I was done, right? Wrong.

No one has been able to share with me in such a powerful, concise, clear way the laws that govern personal happiness, my relationship to myself, community, tragic events, and most importantly my understanding and practice of love than Sharon Winningham.
At the lowest point in my life I was able to cross paths with this incredible teacher, friend, and light. When I met Sharon I was running from “the man”, the law, terror, speed cameras, etc., I was living in fear paralyzed by its toxic effects, doing more and more to poison my self continuously.
I was so hungry to be seen and to find someone that could see me in my pain, fear, and hurt and that could, no matter how ugly some parts of me were, stretch her arms out wide and wider embracing me in the all powerful, infinite healing of universal love.

Two years go the challenges of raising 2 teenage girls brought me to a family therapist. I went into counseling with my oldest daughter thinking this was going to fix HER!!!
This is were I was introduced to the Real Love and Parenting books and tapes.
I soon found out that I was responsible for much of the unhappiness in my home.
There is a lot of truth to the saying "when mama ain't happy, nobody's happy".
Our counselor suggested I go to this new Friday night meeting group "Discovering the Principals of Real Love".
She said it was at Sharon's home and that I would love her.
I started going every Friday night. I always left feeling loved
from this group.
The real changes came when we started seeing Sharon in private coaching sessions and for me going to groups and making calls to other loving wise women. Our household was very toxic. It was filled with unhappiness, anger, addictions, fear and it was spinning out of control. Sharon as a TRUE WISE WOMEN, started working with us.
At first, my daughter was seeing Sharon. My daughter could feel Sharon's love for her and really trusted her. This says allot since teenagers don't trust too many adults. Then both my daughter and I came to sessions.
Sharon is unbelievable at reading people which made every session so productive. Sharon has a TRUE GIFT in being able to see past all the "stuff" that surrounds all of us. She is able to bring you to a place of inner truth, accept you no matter what and guide you on the best path to happiness. She has an even greater insight to identify when that path is not working. Sharon will not waste time or your money! Every session it was very clear that the goal was for our ultimate happiness!!! I always felt that Sharon really did care about and love us even when we made our mistakes.
Sharon has been our Guardian Angel!!!! She has been there for my family every step of they way. Sharon has helped us through and been right by my side during some very challenging times! Always going Above and Beyond the imaginable! When I could not see the light, Sharon would know exactly what to do to restore my faith and hope!!!

I joined Real Love in November, when my world was falling apart and when darkness was all around me. The feeling of loneliness and despair can be very devastating and I felt like I had no one to turn to. I wanted to die.Maybe god heard me for the first time when I found Real Love group and started the sessions with Sharon a few weeks ago.The sessions with Sharon give me some hope for the first time in my life. Knowing that she is there for me, caring and loving me without any judgment makes me feel for the first time in my life that I can choose life over death. Sometimes life tosses a lifeline to us and we either grab onto it or let it pass thinking it a nuisance or that we just don't need it. Two years ago I did just that and allowed my marriage to continue to spiral down to divorce. I had no idea how to fix the mess I/we created and divorce was my only option. For me there was no other option because I wasn't able to hear them. I thought I knew everything and, heck, it was my wife's fault anyway! Then came divorce, temporary relief and then the pain came from realizing my mistake. I then became ready to "hear." The same day a friend from my gym called me and asked me if I was ready to turn my life around. A resounding "YES" erupted from me and he told me to go out and get Greg Baer's book on Real Love and attend the next meeting. In the first 20 pages I was sold. I found what was missing in my life for 51 years, real love! After my Step daughter told me that her mother (my ex) was reading the same book I realized it was Sharon who had been the one in the shadows for so long waiting for us to wake up and open our hearts. It had taken divorce to open our eyes. Once my eyes were open I started going to the meetings and understanding the concepts. But none of that would have helped as much or as quick as having Sharon as my coach. Sharon was up against my 51 years of 'old school' love and the resistance to change that comes with it. Little by little she broke through my barriers and made me a person capable of real love. The patience, love and determination she showed me was unbelievable. Once she knew I was serious about learning she wouldn't let me digress. Sharon understands how easy it is to go back to the old ways so she was always a step ahead of me in guiding me to the path of love and happiness, not only for me but those around me. Whenever I had a dilemma I would call her and go over how I was dealing with a situation. She never 'told' me what to do but rather led me to the solution. I am a very confidant person now who is capable of real love. I a m happy with who I am and others in this crazy world! Never in my life have I felt so good about life. I found Sharon after I picked her name out of thousands of other Realtors on the Internet to find my properties. Little did I know, that she would become an inspiring, wise woman for me and help save me from myself.
I am proud to call her my trusted friend.
She has been through allot herself through the years and has always risen to the top with her positive, infectious optimism in the face of incredible, personal and professional obstacles. All along, she was my life coach as well as I took my own fall from grace and lost almost everything personally and professionally this past tumultuous year. I was at my lowest when it seemed like all of my family and friends left because of the desperate drowning spirit I was and splashing my fear and anger unto them and pulling them down under with me. At times, I couldn't hear Sharon either because of being so far under and began plunging myself into more and more daily drinking. Yet, she never gave up and called me everyday and because I knew she loved me unconditionally, I began to hear her wise words and not feel so frozen and lost, unable to move in a house I was about to lose and being laid off for 9 months. Even though I didn't like the reality of what I was hearing, I knew from her love, that I could trust she was telling me the truth. Slowly, I have been able to start loving myself and rising above the water and becoming more full with each passing day. I am starting to feel more hope and contentment just with myself and in the dreams I still have. By doing as she kindly suggested, I have been able to pick up the phone and have daily contact with others who have help me to keep getting full instead of the getting and protecting behaviors of anger and clinging and acting the victim I had so buried myself in. I had thought life was going along well. I thought I was happy until the spring of 2009. It all came to be viewed very differently. As it turns out, I had been living my life based on seeking love and acceptance rather then living from a place of being accepted and loved. As the song says I was seeking love and acceptance in all the wrong places and from all the wrong folks. It always ended up the same as a rail road crash. In the spring of 2009, I not only ended up in a major train wreck but I also had 2 heart attacks and heart catheterization surgery all in the course of 3 1/2 weeks.
This was not how folks would have thought it would be for me. After all, I am a 31 year retired Colonel - USA ARMY Special Forces and a Pastor who has been blessed by the Lord with a 36 year old ministry which has focus both locally and internationally. The ministry reaches out to those who are, as Matthew 25:35-40 says, least, last and lost.
The ministry is very successful and continues to grow both here in the USA and internationally. The ministry was going well but my inner personal life was some thing I did not share with others. In the past I have been rejected severely and only accepted by what I do, what I can do and what I can offer others who are in great need. Then my personal life came to a screeching rail road crash and wreck. I had gotten married in 2009. The marriage did not even last a month. This happened due to both parties being in such personal emotional drowning condition.
This hit me very hard. I wondered where God was and how could this happen to me. For I have been blessed to work with so many folks in the ministry. Through those efforts I have seen lives changed. I have watched folks get remarried, watched folks get out of prison, get back on track and begin to be successful and blessed. There has even been cases where through my counseling, couples where the husband had been in prison for domestic violence, came back together and their marriage was blessed in abundance with God.
My thought was how this could be happening to me, I have seen and been part of all kinds of success and after all, “I am a good guy”. Then the questions began. What is this all about? What is going on? How could this happen to me? I am intelligent, I can make things happen and I have brought forth success, Hmm?
In the personal situation I found myself in I prayer, cried out to the Lord and the Lord answered. He made it possible to connect with a group called Real Love. I found Sharon’s Meetup site on the internet.
I thought, “well that is what I need now is love”, for I was feeling empty, lost and wrecked from the crash in the ending of the marriage. I was also bewildered and confused in my thinking. I knew I needed to humble myself, seek some help and needed to do it NOW! Through this I found the Real Love group.
Before going I sent an email to the organizer, Sharon, who to my surprise sent back a reply and we began to communicate. She took a personal interest in a professional manner in the situation and condition I had found my self. We communicated several times back and forth and when I shared I was a Pastor. She was surprised but then also recognized although I might be a pastor, I was also a person. She knew that a Pastor was not immune from the same thing others go through.
Sharon invited me to come to the group, experience the group and that way I would also have the opportunity to meet her. After the group, Sharon invited me to meet her for lunch to have some coaching from her in Real Love. That meeting took place and during that Sharon recognized I was not the normal case. I had an extensive hard core back round from street gangs to military and then being divorced in the past as well. I might have been a Pastor on the outside and successful but inside I was drowning in my personal life.
During the lunch meeting Sharon was very bold and said point blank you have a choice! You now have some new information and what are you going to do with it? Being a Pastor and retired Colonel once the truth and light has been seen, I have a choice. Sharon then issued a challenge to me saying if you do nothing you will be in the same place or worse 5 months from now. “Do you want that?”
That kick in the butt was exactly what I needed. Sharon shared if you will study and not just study but apply the Real Love principles; I will walk with you and be invested in your growth. Sharon has been faithful to that. Others in the groups comment on the speed of light changes in my life. Sharon is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in a personal transparency manner while being a coach and holding one responsible for their life growth and changes. I continue to work with Sharon and continue to grow. I am now sharing Real Love in my ministry as well. Sharon is only a phone call away and she is always selfless when the call comes to her. She gladly takes the call, helps you to be seen and heard, and then asks “So what are you going to do now? Within this she shares the Real Love principals.
Finding Real Love and having the opportunity to connect with Sharon has been nothing less then God's blessing to me. I have seen the light, my life is changing and at this point, folks in my ministry and in the Real Love groups are seeing the changes and they are beginning to make changes as well. Sharon’s reaching out to me it has been a ripple effect like domino's touching and bringing change to other lives as well.
